Lmb rmb left mouse button right mouse button. Extract the files to your resident evil 4 folder c program files capcom resident evil 4 and run kbreplacer exe. Go under keyboard and find key x key kamae and key kamae knife key x handles picking up items key kamae and key kamae knife handles rotating i have key x bound to q and key kamae and key kamae knife bound to f and c works alot better than default.
